FRUIT NUT BARS (Or Balls) 
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. orange or lemon rind (optional)
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1 c. pitted dates

Grind all ingredients together.

For Balls: Shape into balls. Roll balls in unsweetened shredded coconut.

For Bars: Press into an 8x8 inch pan and sprinkle with coconut. When it is hardened, cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.
