FRUIT AND NUT BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients, add milk and oil; stir until mixture is well moistened. Reserve 1 cup for top, press remainder in 9"x13" pan. Spread mincemeat over and top with 1 cup topping and nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
