1 c. butter 1 c. white sugar 1 egg yolk 2 c. flour Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk and flour. Divide dough and press 1/2 on bottom of pan. On top of this, spread all of an 18 ounce jar of Smuckers Apricot Preserves. Then sprinkle 1 generous cup of nuts over preserves (optional). Crumble remaining dough all over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
