POTATO SALAD 
9-10 potatoes
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 of a pt. jar Kraft sandwich spread
Juice from Kosher dill pickles
5 sweet pickles
1 onion
2 c. celery
4-5 boiled eggs
Cucumber
Green peppers

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water. When soft; drain water off. Mash with vinegar, Kosher dill pickle juice (add only enough to have a good mashed potato consistency), mustard, celery seed and sandwich spread. Then add diced sweet pickles, onion, celery, eggs, cucumber and green pepper. Chill.
