1 box yellow butter cake mix
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (juice and all)

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges together with an electric mixer and pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Icing:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip

Mix pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip together. Spread on cake.
