MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
8 oz. macaroni
1 lb. ground chuck
1/3 c. onions
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese

Cook macaroni as directed. Form ground chuck into little balls and brown with onions and green pepper which have been chopped together. Add tomato sauce to meat and vegetable mixture which is browning in pan. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese.

Put 1/2 of macaroni in 2 quart (deep) baking dish, add cheese mixture and remaining 1/2 of macaroni. Pour meat mixture over it all. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
