STEW MEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. lean, boneless stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Place meat and both soups in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix well and bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Makes its own delicious gravy.

This is a wonderful prepare and forget recipe but a little bland. I suggest lots of garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste. Add chopped onion for even better flavor!
