RHUBARB KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix as pie dough. Add 1 egg and 3 tablespoons milk. Spread in 7 x 11-inch pan, buttered. Three cups dough. Rhubarb spread over. Sprinkle with 1 pkg. strawberry Jello. (Mix 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup sugar.) Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
