RAISIN AND NUT LOAF | |
3 eggs 3 tsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. oil 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. walnuts 3 tsp. baking powder 3 c. flour 3 c. All Bran cereal Butter and flour 4 coffee cans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients together; add rest of ingredients, mixing raisins and water last. Divide into 4 cans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with cream cheese. |
