STEAK SOUP 
2 1/2 lbs. ground meat (browned)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 gal. water

Stir until smooth. 3 potatoes, cubed

Add to above. Salt to taste 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (mixed) 1 tbsp. accent 5 beef bouillon cubes 1 (#2) can peeled tomatoes, cut up

Simmer at least 1 1/2 hours. Makes a large pot of soup. Leftover may be frozen and used later.
