CARAMEL CORN 
20 c. popped corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Divide corn into 2 large roaster pans. In a 2 quart pan combine: salt, butter, brown sugar and dark corn syrup. Boil together for 5 minutes while stirring! Remove from heat, add baking soda, mix quickly. Pour equal amounts over corn. Mix to coat. Bake 250 degrees oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. After 1 hour spread corn on brown paper bags to cool and dry. Store in large plastic bags.
