CARAMEL CORN 
2/3 c. Karo syrup (white)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
6 qts. popped popcorn

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In saucepan, mix Karo, baking soda, salt, vanilla, butter and brown sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over popcorn in a big dough pan or stainless steel mixing bowl, making sure to coat all of the popcorn. Bake in oven 15 minutes. Stir popcorn. Bake 15 more minutes and spread on cookie sheet or aluminum foil. Let cool. Break into pieces.
