CARAMEL CORN - BAKED 
8 qts. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 sticks butter
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, mix well. Add to popped popcorn and mix well. Spread on cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees.
