CARAMEL CORN 
3 qts. popped corn, put in paper grocery bag
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 c. corn oil butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix everything together except soda and popcorn. Boil 3 minutes. Add soda and mix. Pour over popped corn in bag. Shake. Roll down top of paper bag and put in microwave for 1 minute. Remove. Shake well. Put in microwave again for 1 minute more. Take wooden, spoon and turn out into a big bowl. Keep breaking it up as it cools. Simple and excellent!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
