MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped corn

Mix together the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt; microwave 2 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave 2 more minutes on high. Stir. Add soda and mix well. Pour over 4 quarts popped corn in brown paper bag. Microwave 45 seconds and shake. Do this 2 more times. Pour on buttered cookie sheets to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
