CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white Karo
2 cubes butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
8 quarts popcorn
1 cup nuts

Mix sugar, Karo, butter, and salt together. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla and mix well. Pour over popcorn, stir to cover. It will not be covered, but it will be before you are thru. Pour into a large sheet pan. Place in hot oven (250 degrees) for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Add nuts and mix. Pour on wax paper to cool. Then bread apart.
