CUCUMBER SALAD MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 cucumber, shredded & seeded

Dissolve gelatin and salt in water. Cool. Stir in the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, onion and cucumber. Pour mixture into 1 quart oiled mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto serving plate and surround with salad greens.
