3/4 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. grated cucumber
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour into 2 quart mold and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until stiff. Serve at luncheon or extra dish at large dinner.
