SESAME CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, bone in
3 tsp. BLAIR fine herb seasoning
Salt & BLAIR pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken in a bowl just large enough to hold it. Sprinkle on herb seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Pour buttermilk over chicken, turning to coat and cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, stir together corn flake crumbs and sesame seeds. Lift chicken from marinade and coat well in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter over and around chicken and bake until chicken is done and golden, about 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
