OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN | |
3 lb. fryer, cut up 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. butter Mix all the above, except chicken and butter. Melt butter in 9 x 12 inch pan. Coat chicken with coating. Arrange chicken in single layer in butter. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes more. Uncover and cook until done and golden brown. |
