SWEET POTATOES IN MAPLE SYRUP 
4 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1/4 cup Maple-Flavored Syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Medium Pared Eating Apple, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Bake sweet potatoes (pierce skin) at 375°F about 45 minutes until tender. Slip off skins. Cut potatoes into half inch pieces. Cook remaining ingredients in skillet about 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Add sweet potatoes. Mix carefully until coated.

Serves 6.
