SARAH'S STICKY CHICKEN
chicken, cut into bite size pieces (I use boneless chicken breasts)
oil, for frying

COATING:

2 eggs
some milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
salt and pepper, to taste
other seasonings (sometimes I add cayenne pepper)

SAUCE:

2 cups brown sugar
1 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl put eggs and milk mixed together. In a separate bowl put the flour and salt and pepper and any other spices you want.

Heat oil in a pan to fry the chicken. First dip the chicken in egg batter then the flour and then fry until golden brown. Put cooked chicken in a casserole dish. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.

Put in oven for 1 hour at 350°F basting or turning chicken over half way thru baking.

Note: Ovens may vary, it will burn very easily.

Let it stand for 2 to 5 minutes to get sticky.

Great served over white rice or noodles.
