CORN - CRISP CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs

In shallow dish, pour dressing over chicken; cover and marinate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chicken with the crumbs. In foil-lined shallow baking pan, place coated chicken skin side up in single layer. Bake uncovered without turning for 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
