CORN CRISPED CHICKEN 
1 c. crumbs made from corn flakes, rolled fine
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in serving pieces
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine corn flake crumbs, glutamate, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil, if desired.

Dip chicken pieces in milk. Roll immediately in bread crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in pan. Bake 1 hour.
