NO-FUSS BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 boned & skinned chicken breast halves
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs

In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate for later. Brush both sides of chicken with remaining mixture and coat with corn flake crumbs. Place in lightly greased shallow pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with the reserved mayonnaise mixture for a tasty dip. The mayonnaise coating keeps the chicken moist and adds a nice flavor.
