HAM & POTATO BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. shredded frozen hash brown
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper
5 eggs (beaten)

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.

Bake uncovered until knife comes out clean when inserted, about 60-70 minutes.
