HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/4 lbs. carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice

With vegetable peeler, shred carrots into fettuccine-like strands. Boil for 1-2 minutes. Drain in colander.

In skillet melt butter, honey, lemon juice. Toss for 3 minutes until heated. Serves 6.
