HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
12 med. carrots, cut diagonally slices
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey

Peel carrots. Heat carrots in water and salt in 10 inch skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Drain carrots. Add honey. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir gently to coat carrots.
