SWEDISH POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes without salt, mash. Add sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add chives, dill, spinach. Mix. Spoon into casserole, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. This is good made a day ahead and stored in refrigerator.
