SWEDISH POTATOES 
4 med. oblong potatoes
5 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion flakes or fresh minced onion
Grated cheese for topping

Use peeled or unpeeled whole potatoes. Slice each potato at 1/4 inch intervals. about 3/4's of the way through, so that the potato remains whole and slices will fan out, but not fall apart. Place potatoes in buttered baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine salts and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Combine crumbs and onion flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Drizzle with remaining butter and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, baste with butter in dish and bake 10 minutes longer or until tender.
