SWEDISH CHEESE POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tbsp. fine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Pare potatoes; cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1-inch wedges. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with mixture of cheese, crumbs, salt and paprika. Place in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Makes 4-6 servings.
