GREEN POTATOES SWEDISH 
6-8 lg. potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook and mash potatoes. Add sour cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy. Add broccoli (well drained). Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be made the night before and kept in refrigerator just length baking time until hot clear through.
