BEST EVER PORK ROAST | |
1 large pork roast 2 garlic cloves 1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton) GRAVY: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup dairy sour cream 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup milk salt and pepper, to taste Thinly slice garlic and, with a knife, poke holes in the roast and insert slivers. Place in Crock-Pot and turn on HIGH. DO NOT ADD WATER OR LIQUID! Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix and let cook til meat is tender and falls apart. Drain liquid from Crock-Pot, put in saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix Worcestershire sauce and flour with milk and stir until smooth. Pour in boiling juices and stir til thickened. Take off heat and add dairy sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
