RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 pkg. red kidney beans

Cook kidney beans in large pot. 2 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. garlic salt Red pepper to taste 2 bay leaves

Add to kidney beans. 2 tbsp. flour 1 bunch green onions (or 2 lg. onions) 4 stalks celery 2 pkg. smoked sausages or ham hocks

Brown flour in oil. Add onions and celery. Put this into pot of beans. Add sausages. Cook 2 hours. Serve over rice (use 3 cups rice).
