PEPPER RELISH 
6 green peppers
6 sweet red peppers (or use 12 green peppers)
6 lg. onions

Grind together. Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes - drain for 2 hours.

Cook together: 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. pickling salt

Add pepper mixture. Boil together for 5 minutes. Put in scalded jars and seal.

Delicious with meat and on hamburgers and hot dogs.
