PEAR AND PEPPER RELISH 
1 peck pears
8 red sweet peppers (lg.)
4 green sweet peppers (lg.)
2 hot peppers (red or green, or 4 sm. size)
6 med. onions (1 med. size may be enough)

Grind all together on coarse chopped blade. Squeeze out (not too dry). Mix the following and bring to a boil: 1 tbsp. turmeric 1 tsp. celery seed 4 tbsp. mustard seed 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 4 c. vinegar 3 c. sugar

Add ground mixture and boil 25-30 minutes. Seal in jars. The above recipe makes 10 pints plus. If good measure is taken, makes around 12 pints.
