STUFFED ARTICHOKES 
3 or 4 artichokes
1 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
3 or 4 pieces diced garlic
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. olive oil

Cut points from artichokes, wash the artichoke. Also cut stem if too long. Mix bread crumbs, garlic, and cheese together. Open artichokes and fill with bread crumb mix. Add oil on top, put in steamer for about 30 minutes on medium heat or until artichokes are soft.
