TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 jar mild or hot chunky salsa
1 med. onion (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
1 container sour cream (optional)

Mix ground beef and onion, browning beef. After browning meat add jar of salsa and warm thoroughly. In 9 x 13 dish, make a layer of tortilla shells (usually will take 3 to cover bottom). Take half of meat mixture and cover shells. Take half of both cheese, covering meat. Repeat layering, ending with cheese. Drop teaspoons of sour cream on top layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave at 60% power for 25 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes (optional).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
