4 qt. water
5 lb. sugar

Take tea bags and put in water. Bring to boil for 30 minutes. Take tea bags of water and put 5 pounds of sugar in tea water. Boil another 30 minutes. 1 1/2 cups tea syrup to 1 gallon of cold water.
