COON HUNTERS CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, crushed w/ juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients, grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees 35 or 40 minutes until done.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1-3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together until well blended. Poke holes in cake while still hot and spread on icing. Refrigerate.
