COTTAGE CHEESE DESSERT 
1 pkg. cottage cheese (16 oz.)
1 pkg. Jello (as is) (any flavor)
1 sm. can pineapple (crushed and drained)
1/2 carton Cool Whip

Mix the cottage cheese and Jello in blender or electric beater. Add drained pineapple, then fold in Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator. Serves 6 or more. Add a dob of Cool Whip when you serve.
