5 to 7 lbs. of lamb, boned or steak 6 green peppers 48 cherry tomatoes 6 lg. onions 48 medium fresh mushrooms MARINADE: 3/4 c. water, hot 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 6 to 12 long skewers 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Prepare marinade. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning a few times. Cut vegetables into cubes. Alternate vegetables and meat on skewers. Grill until meat has reached desired doneness. Serve over rice. |
