SIOPAO 
7 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2 pouches yeast
1/3 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
6 hard boiled eggs
2 breasts chicken
2 cloves garlic
Green onion leaves
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Mix until smooth. Set aside and mix the next 3 ingredients. Pour into the flour mixture and mix well. Set aside the dough mixture for 2 hours covered. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch strips and cook with crushed garlic, chopped onion tops, soy sauce and sugar. Dice the eggs. Take one handful of dough and 1 teaspoon chicken wrap chicken and 1 dice of egg in dough, place on 2x2 inch wax paper and steam until done (approximately 20 minutes).
