12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
4 c. corn Kix
4 c. cheerios
4 c. corn chex or 12 c. any unsweetened corn or oat cereal
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. In microwave approximately 40 seconds. Stir and toss in large bowl with cereal until well coated. Add sugar and toss in large bag or tupperware.
