1 box 12 oz. cereal Rice Chex
1 stick butter
1 bag (12 oz.) chips, chocolate
1 c. peanut butter

Microwave peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter on high for 3 1/2 minutes or melt in saucepan. Pour over Rice Chex in a large container and mix thoroughly. Put in a large bag with powdered sugar and shake until well coated. Cool and serve.
