1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) box Chex cereal
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Put Chex cereal into a clean brown paper bag. Pour mixture over, and shake well until all is covered. Add confectioners' sugar and shake well. Lay out onto parchment paper till cool.

Tip: Serve in small baggies to make a great party favor!
