1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup peanut butter
9 cups Rice Chex
Powdered sugar

Melt together chocolate pieces, butter and peanut butter. Pour over Rice Chex and mix well to coat. Place powdered sugar in a bag; add cereal and shake to coat.
