1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate bits
1 c. peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 (1 lb.) box 10x sugar
1 lg. box of rice or corn chex

Melt together chocolate bits, peanut butter and butter sticks. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir well. Shake 1 pound box of 10x sugar over all.
