CRAB & SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. parsley
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and place in lightly greased dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
