CRAB & SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 can crabmeat
1 can shrimp pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. cocktail sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Place in an oiled 1 quart dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until brown on top. 8 servings.
